Taiwan-based thermal management specialist Forcecon Tech has disclosed plans to build Asia’s first advanced liquid cooling systems manufacturing plant in northern Taiwan, which is set to start commercial production by the end of 2023, aiming to cash in on the ever-growing heat dissipation demand from AI server applications.
