Kenmec Mechanical Engineering has successfully developed two-phase immersion cooling technology, targeting the AI server cooling market. This two-phase liquid cooling system has been well-received by end-users and server ODMs, with numerous proof-of-concept (POC) projects underway. The company expects to see significant orders in 2024. The technology is developed in collaboration with Aewin Technologies and the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) in Taiwan.
