After achieving breakthroughs in production technologies for high bandwidth memory (HBM) and 300-layer NAND flash chips, SK Hynix is accelerating the development of the next-generation DRAM using the high-NA (numerical aperture) manufacturing process, with trial production set for 2024 and volume production to kick off in 2026.
