Taiwan is poised to activate one-stop services for foreign technical talent through the International Talent Taiwan Office (ITTO), a newly inaugurated agency under the National Development Council (NDC), aiming to address Taiwan’s low ranking in the “attractiveness to foreign technical talent” and attract more international professionals to work in the country.
