Taiwan’s suppliers of optical communications devices including Browave, EZconn, APAC Opto Electronics and Apogee Optocom have all posted impressive revenue and profit gains for the second quarter and are optimistic about their business performances for second-half 2022, driven by the accelerating broadband infrastructure construction in the US and upgrades in datacenter transmission specs, according to supply chain sources.
