While many countries have welcomed fab investments from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), it is impossible for the foundry to set up fabs in many countries, according to TSMC founder Morris Chang at a press conference at Taiwan’s Presidential Office Building on November 21.
