Amid the hype for liquid cooling in the server industry, Nidec Chaun-Choung Technology (CCI) chairman Junichi Nagai notes that the company will release liquid cooling solutions for servers according to plans from its parent company Nidec. In addition, mass production of the company’s 3D vapor chamber (VC) air cooling products, which have received certification from its customers, will begin in the latter half of 2024.
