According to sources in the server supply chain, Nvidia will soon begin shipping its new B100 and B200 chips. Mass production of servers equipped with these Blackwell architecture chips is set to commence in the mid to late third quarter of 2024. Notably, servers based on these two chips will primarily continue to use 3D vapor chamber (VC) cooling systems.
