The global semiconductor industry’s sales totaled US$149.9 billion in the second quarter of 2024, according to the most recent data compiled by the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA). This represents an 18.3% rise from the second quarter of 2023 and a 6.5% increase from the first quarter of 2024.
