Silicon Motion launches 6nm EUV PCIe Gen5 client SSD controller

Silicon Motion Technology has announced SM2508, a new PCIe Gen5 NVMe 2.0 client SSD controller series for AI PCs and gaming consoles, with its production ramp scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024.
