Kaynes SemiCon, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kaynes Technology, has signed a landmark memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Lightspeed Photonics, securing India’s first paying customer for outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) services, according to CEO Raghu Panicker.
