Taiwan-based Giga Solar Materials Corp (GSMC) announced on September 25 that it will establish a sales office in India in the fourth quarter of 2024, driven by optimism about the solar potential in that market. If monthly demand exceeds ten tons, the company will evaluate plans for local manufacturing.
