According to reports from Chosun Biz and Bloomberg, citing the Chosun Ilbo, Samsung has shuttered approximately 30% of its 4nm, 5nm, and 7nm production lines at its Pyeongtaek Phase 2 (P2) and Phase 3 (P3) fabs.
