Taiwanese AI startup APMIC has teamed up with the language model research community Twinkle AI to launch a 3B Traditional Chinese inference model that can be used on mobile devices, as well as larger 24B and 70B models. These inference models were created using open source models along with Traditional Chinese corpora, fine-tuning, and distillation technologies.
