Due to rising economic uncertainties, Amazon Web Services (AWS) has reportedly paused some data center leasing negotiations, indicating a cooling demand for artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure. Cloud providers have adopted a more cautious stance, especially regarding capacity needed only by the end of 2026.
