Samsung Electronics has partnered with Infineon Technologies AG and NXP Semiconductors NV to co-develop next-generation automotive chips using its advanced 5-nanometer process, according to ICsmart via Sammobile. The collaboration expands Samsung’s presence in automotive semiconductors, enhancing both its foundry business and its capabilities in automotive-grade memory and logic components.
