Emerging Display Technologies (EDT) has announced a joint venture agreement with Japanese display manufacturer Nippon Seiki to establish EDT-India, a factory dedicated to producing TFT LCD modules in India. The facility, scheduled for completion in 2026 with mass production starting in 2027, marks EDT’s third overseas manufacturing base after Taiwan and China.
