KNH Enterprise, a leading nonwoven fabric manufacturer, is entering the industrial materials market by investing NT$1.7 billion (US$55.79 million) to build the third phase of its plant in Kouliao, Tainan, which is scheduled to begin production in the fourth quarter of 2025 with volumes ramping up through 2026.
