CSBC Taiwan is working with US autonomous systems company Havoc to localize production of autonomous surface vessels (ASVs) in Taiwan, showcasing their jointly developed “Rampage” alongside its domestically built “Endeavor Manta” at the 2026 Taiwan Marine Tech & Unmanned Robotics Expo (MATURE Taiwan) in Tainan.
