In a strategic move to optimize its intellectual property (IP) management and streamline operations in Europe, AcBel Polytech, a leading power supply unit (PSU) manufacturer, announced on June 2 that its subsidiary AcLeap Power will transfer its trademarks and patents to OmniOn Power Technology GmbH (OmniOn Power), a wholly owned subsidiary.
