Taiwan’s leading OSATs ASE Technology and Powertech Technology (PTI) managed to score impressive revenue gains in the first half of 2022 and are expected to perform even better in the second half, mainly bolstered by strong order momentum from international IDMs or memory chips suppliers, according to industry sources.
