天山电子1月7日公告，公司拟与中数能（北京）计算机有限公司、上海锐得电子有限公司、武汉泓涛私募基金管理合伙企业（有限合伙）共同发起设立“武汉鼎典私募股权投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）”（简称“合伙企业”）。合伙企业的目标认缴出资总额为5910万元，投资方向为具备核心技术和竞争力的科技型企业，重点投向电子行业。
