据韩媒报道，三星显示计划将一种新方法应用于可折叠有机发光二极管 (OLED)，就是使用液体透明粘合剂 (OCR) 代替透明胶带 (OCA)，以减少处理时间和材料采购成本，并计划在越南工厂投建模块生产线。

韩媒：三星预计将于下周宣布量产3纳米芯片
据韩联社6月22日消息，三星电子预计将在下周宣布大规模生产3纳米芯片，下一代3纳米芯片将建立在Gate-All-Around(GAA)技术之上。三星称，与现有的FinFET工艺相比，该技术将使芯片面积减少45%，同时性能提高30%，功耗降低50%。
