兆驰股份：拟5亿元投建年产1亿颗光通信半导体激光芯片项目
12月20日消息，兆驰股份公告，全资子公司兆驰半导体拟以自有资金或自筹资金投资建设“年产1亿颗光通信半导体激光芯片项目（一期）”，并建设砷化镓、磷化铟化合物半导体激光晶圆制造生产线，主要应用为光芯片技术领域的VCSEL激光芯片及光通信半导体激光芯片。本次投资为项目一期，项目一期建设拟投资金额不超过5亿元。

隆利科技：终止与德国博世签订的30.27亿元长期合同
12月20日，隆利科技（300752.SZ）公告，公司于2022年10月17日与Robert Bosch GmbH（德国博世集团，以下简称“德国博世”）正式签署了《Multi-annual Contract》（简称“《长期合同》”）。根据约定，公司将为德国博世的BMW（宝马汽车）项目提供2025-2033年所需的车载Mini-LED背光显示模组产品。上述合同合计金额为4.21亿美元，约折合为人民币30.27亿元。
