创维数字：董事长赖伟德即将离任
创维数字6月8日公告，赖伟德在最终控股股东创维集团有限公司（00751.HK）任职至2022年7月7日届满，已到退休年龄。故，赖伟德提出从2022年7月7日起不再担任公司董事长、董事职务，同时相应辞去公司战略委员会委员，辞职生效后将不再担任公司任何职务，在2022年7月7日正式卸任公司董事长及相关职务之前仍继续履行相关职责。
