据最高法裁定书披露，依法驳回TCL王牌（惠州）有限公司（简称“TCL”）再审申请，裁定其在官方微博和抖音账号发布视频的行为构成对海信公司的商业诋毁，认定二审法院要求TCL公开刊登声明以消除影响和酌定TCL赔偿海信200万元的判决并无不当。

SMIC affiliate to launch IPO to raise funds for foundry capacity expansions
