飞凯材料：子公司和成显示拟资产收购与增资扩股
5月28日晚间，飞凯材料(300398)公告，公司全资子公司和成显示拟以1.70亿元（含税）购买JNC苏州100%股权，并以2.12亿元（含税）购买JNC集团所有与显示液晶相关的专利；同时，JNC拟以货币方式认购和成显示新增注册资本，取得和成显示5.10%股权，公司放弃本次增资的优先认购权。JNC增资认购款为1.70亿元（含税）。同时，各方将就本次资产收购与增资扩股事项签署《股份购买协议》《股份认购协议》等相关协议书。

Catcher targets four sectors, leaves behind auto
Catcher chairman Shui-Shu Hung announced that the company is focusing on developing three new sectors: medical, semiconductor, and aerospace, alongside its established information technology industry operations.
