南非拟4月起取消低价智能手机奢侈品消费税
3 月 13 日消息，据南非财政部周三表示，南非政府提议从 4 月 1 日起取消价值低于 2500 兰特（约合人民币 986 元）的智能手机的奢侈品消费税，以支持低收入家庭的数字化普及。
