NCKU advances high-temp SiC crystals with Largan , Delta

National Cheng Kung University’s Crystal Research Center officially launched on the 26th, becoming the only academic institution in Taiwan capable of growing large-scale silicon carbide (SiC) crystals at ultra-high temperatures exceeding 2300°C.
