Optical transceiver module maker Axcen Photonics has received orders of such modules used in industrial automation with shipments scheduled until the first half of 2023, according to company chairman and CEO Vincent Chen at a September 27 investor conference.

Intel has revealed the 13th Gen Core processor family, led by the top-end Core i9-13900K. The new Core family includes six new unlocked desktop processors with up to 24 cores and 32 threads and clock speeds up to 5.8GHz for gaming, streaming and recording applications.

E-paper solution provider E Ink Holdings (EIH) has announced a collaboration plan with Sharp Display Technology Corporation (SDTC), under which EIH will adopt SDTC’s indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) backplanes to develop e-paper modules for its eReader and eNote products.
