飞凯材料拟2.275亿元出售大瑞科技100%股权
1月6日晚间，飞凯材料（300398）披露公告称，公司拟向昇贸科技股份有限公司出售全资子公司大瑞科技股份有限公司（以下简称“大瑞科技”）100%股权，股权转让完成后，公司将不再持有大瑞科技股权。本次股权转让价格合计为2.275亿元。
