背光模块大厂瑞仪宣布以近23亿元成功收购NILT

背光模块制造厂瑞仪1月6日宣布,已完成对 NIL Technology ApS(简称 NILT)的收购案。源自丹麦的NILT,其新世代超颖光学(Meta-Optics)与奈米结构光学解决方案在业界享有盛誉。瑞仪是于2024年9月19日宣布以自有资金约3亿欧元(22.8273亿元人民币)收购NILT全部股权,如今成功获得相关政府监管机关的批准,正式完成收购。
