兆驰股份：拟5亿元投建年产1亿颗光通信半导体激光芯片项目
12月20日消息，兆驰股份公告，全资子公司兆驰半导体拟以自有资金或自筹资金投资建设“年产1亿颗光通信半导体激光芯片项目（一期）”，并建设砷化镓、磷化铟化合物半导体激光晶圆制造生产线，主要应用为光芯片技术领域的VCSEL激光芯片及光通信半导体激光芯片。本次投资为项目一期，项目一期建设拟投资金额不超过5亿元。
