Foxconn performance misses expectations, to transform Sakai factory into AI data center
Foxconns revenue for the first quarter totaled NT$1.32 trillion (US$40.73 billion), a decline of 9.47% compared to the same period last year. This figure also missed Bloomberg’s estimates of NT$1.37 trillion. Operating profit for the quarter was NT$36.75 billion, a decrease of 9.3% year-on-year, better than Bloomberg’s estimates of NT$35.16 billion.
