On May 28, the Taipei Computer Association (TCA) held an event to announce the winners of this year’s Best Choice Award (BC Award) for Computex 2024. A total of 41 winners were announced for the Golden Award, Sustainable Tech Special Award, and Category Award. The winner of the highest honor: the Best Choice of the Year award will be announced during the opening of Computex 2024 on June 4.

High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) is a graphic memory with high bandwidth. Its main function is to support High-Performance Computing (HPC) or high-speed parallel computing with CPU/GPU in Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing.
