耐德佳推出自由曲面光学解决方案,AR眼镜厚度下降30%

近日,AR/VR 光学模组企业耐德佳宣布推出自由曲面钻石Pro AR光学解决方案,通过提升造型、透视和显示效果,助力AR终端厂商打造功能、体验更强的消费级AR产品。

在厚度上,自由曲面钻石Pro光机厚度降低至10.4mm,而Birdbath方案的模组厚度>17mm。采用自由曲面钻石Pro方案,使得AR眼镜整机厚度从现有约20mm大幅下降30%至14mm以内,有助于AR眼镜整机造型的轻薄化设计,造型更贴合人脸。

在外观上,自由曲面钻石Pro压缩了光机(黑胶件)的体积,并扩大了镜片的面积,使得AR眼镜外观更接近一副普通眼镜。在重量上,自由曲面钻石Pro单目重量为9.5g,略大于Birdbath方案的8.5g,但自由曲面钻石Pro上下厚度均匀,与人脸的贴合度更高,佩戴舒适度更好。

在透视率上,自由曲面钻石Pro采用3000nits的高亮屏时,在保证900nits的高入眼亮度下,可将透过率提升至60%,并保证30%的光能利用率,高光能利用率使得AR整机的OLED选型更丰富,亮度500nits以上显示屏均可使用。

同时,得益于自由曲面钻石Pro高光能利用率,在相同入眼亮度的情况下,相比Birdbath方案,自由曲面钻石Pro可实现更低的功耗,拥有长续航、低发热的优势。另外,自由曲面钻石Pro还具有更大透视角度、更清晰的中心和边缘画面等多项特点。(来源:耐德佳、LEDinside整理)
