MiniLED等进入旺季，臻鼎Q3营运可望增温
印刷电路板大厂臻鼎第二季虽受中国大陆封控影响物流等影响，但本季营运力守持平，在全年成长展望未变，以及秦皇岛BT载板新厂将加入，第三季若解封、新产品量产以及新产能贡献下，第三季营运可望有较明显反弹，旺季更旺可期。
臻鼎第一季EPS 1.98元（新台币，下同）；4月营收103.4亿元，月衰退23.5%，公司虽然在中国大陆封控期间维持闭环生产，但受物流的影响还是存在，目前也是观察物流恢复的情况，法人估，臻鼎第二季估为持平表现。
展望第三季，美系客户的新产品传统上将自第二季底到第三季开始量产，包括手机用类载板、软板、MiniLED都进入旺季，再加上解封后加速追回第二季的缺口，整体旺季效应可期。

另一方面，臻鼎以极高效率推进的秦皇岛BT载板新厂，将自7月即开始加入量产，该厂自取得土地自开始投产仅耗费15个月，目标成为全球最先进且产能最大的高阶BT载板。
臻鼎目前在FC CSP已量产线路可达8/10um，即将在二厂量产FC CSP可达6/8um，多层板比重增，ASP提升，客户已预定产能，包括手机通讯、RF、存储器和车载都是动力。
除了第三季秦皇岛新厂BT载板加入外，淮安园区HDI新产能，深汌ABF载板新厂预计在年底到明年第一季量产，下半年在载板业务加速产能开出下，营运将较上半年大幅反弹回升。（来源：MoneyDJ）
