Egis makes initial strides in South Korea as InPsytech joins SAFE

InPsytech, a leading provider of high-performance semiconductor intellectual property (IP) solutions under Egis, has been selected to join the Samsung Advanced Foundry Ecosystem (SAFE) as an IP partner. This recognition stems from InPsytech’s outstanding performance in open NAND flash interface (ONFI) high-performance IP solutions. InPsytech plans to continue expanding its IP portfolio within Samsung’s ecosystem, particularly by strengthening applications for UCIe IP.

Appier posts strong 1Q25 growth, eyes Middle East expansion

Appier has reported solid financial results for the first quarter of 2025, with revenue rising 27% year-on-year to approximately JPY9.4 billion (US$64.17 million), or 31% on a currency-neutral basis. Gross profit also grew 26% to JPY4.8 billion, with a gross margin of 51.4%. Despite facing challenges from the depreciation of Asian currencies, such as the South Korean won and the New Taiwan dollar, the company’s growth momentum, particularly in Northeast Asia, helped offset the impact.
