Taiwan’s JPP expands aerospace reach with acquisition of France’s Segnere

Taiwanese precision manufacturer JPP Holding is deepening its aerospace ambitions with the acquisition of France’s Segnere, a key supplier to Airbus and Dassault Aviation. The deal, completed through its European subsidiary, gives JPP full ownership of Segnere and solidifies the group’s presence in the French aerospace supply chain — including new access to defense-sector contracts.
