Despite market anticipation for the deployment of humanoid robots in home applications, significant safety risks still remain. Because of this, Jonathan Hurst, co-founder of US-based humanoid robot startup Agility Robotics, estimates that it will take at least another 10 years before humanoid robots can be safely deployed in homes.
