The emerging AI and 5G technologies have accelerated big data processing and analysis sharply driving demand for diverse AIoT chips and devices, and next-generation in-memory computing technology that can enhance computing performance and reduce power consumption will play a key role in future high-tech applications, according to Taiwan’s Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI).
