Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp. (PSMC) chairman Frank Huang responded on October 21 to accusations from SBI Holdings chairman Yoshitaka Kitao that the Powerchip Group lacked integrity in their joint effort to build a semiconductor plant in Japan. Kitao’s comments, posted on Facebook, came after the collaboration project between the two companies fell through.
