Compound semiconductor maker Intelligent Epitaxy Technology (IntelliEPI) reported that its indium phosphide 200G PIN products have become the company’s main revenue driver as demand for optical communication rises with AI data center vertical scaling. Optical communication now represents 51.8% of sales, surpassing electronic products.
