Intel Corporation, led by newly appointed CEO Lip-Bu Tan, has initiated a major organizational restructuring to regain its competitive edge in the semiconductor industry. Since assuming leadership in March 2025, Tan has rapidly begun dismantling and rebuilding Intel’s core business units, starting with the separation of the Data Center and Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) Group.
