UnaBiz, massive Internet of Things (IoT) solution provider based in Singapore, Taiwan and Japan, became the owner of Sigfox in April, around four months after the French company began insolvency proceedings. UnaBiz has incorporated Sigfox assets, customers, and networks in France, Spain, and Portugal, into its French-registered subsidiaries UnaBiz SAS and UnaBiz Networks SAS.
