Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) founder Morris Chang, at the press conference on November 21 at the Office of the President Taiwan, confirmed that the foundry’s most advanced 3nm node technology will also go to the US after the completion of the 5nm production line at the Arizona fab.
