Nokia saw lower-than-expected performance in the first quarter of 2025, with net sales sliding by 3% year-over-year to EUR4.39 billion (US$5 billion), as well as EUR156 million in operating profits, according to the company’s recently released financial report. Even so, president and CEO Justin Hotard remains optimistic about growth in the company’s network infrastructure, and cloud and network services businesses.
