New cooling player Microloops passes listing review, operational momentum expected in 2H25

Cooling module manufacturer Microloops’ initial public offering application passed the Taiwan Stock Exchange’s listing review committee on June 3, 2025. However, the case still requires approval from the Taiwan Stock Exchange board of directors. The company is applying for a capital amount of NT$600 million (US$18.5 million), focusing primarily on the research and manufacturing of high-performance cooling solutions. Its products are widely used in cloud AI computing centers, computers and graphics cards, automotive control systems, and new energy vehicles.
