Nova Technology posted record second-quarter and first-half 2026 profit as orders from semiconductor, memory, and advanced packaging customers continued to drive revenue recognition. The Taiwan-based supplier of semiconductor and panel process systems said the trend should keep supporting order intake and revenue recognition from its backlog in the coming months.
