LED packaging service provider Para Light Electronics is setting up a Si-based IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor) power device packaging line at its factory in northern China with investment of CNY7.188 million (US$1.00 million), with initial monthly packaging capacity of 600,000 power devices to be completed at the end of 2022, according to the company.
